Flalingo Messaging Feature Broken Despite Paid Subscription

About one month ago, I purchased Flalingo’s general speaking package. Since then, my message inbox has not opened either in the mobile app or in the browser version. Because I can only access my homework and teacher feedback through the messaging section, this issue prevents me from fully benefiting from the service I purchased. Even though I paid approximately $400 USD, I cannot use a basic feature of the platform.
Despite reporting this issue multiple times, I have received the same responses over and over again. The support team I contacted via WhatsApp repeatedly told me to delete and reinstall the app, try a different browser, and clear my browser history. None of these steps resolved the problem. However, no concrete solution has been offered beyond repeating the same suggestions.
My primary request is that my messaging issue be properly and thoroughly investigated and permanently resolved so that I can fully benefit from the service I paid for. If this problem cannot be fixed, I request a refund of the approximately $400 USD I paid for a service I have been unable to use.
