If your deposit to Roobet never showed up in your balance and you want to fix it;
Check the transaction status first;
• Log in → Wallet / Transaction History
• Note:
– Deposit amount
– Date & time
– Payment method
– Status (Pending / Completed / Failed)
• Screenshot the status
Verify with your payment provider;
• Check your bank / crypto wallet / card statement
• Confirm:
– The money was actually deducted
– The transaction is not still pending
• If crypto:
– Copy the TXID (transaction hash)
– Check confirmations on the blockchain
Check your account verification;
• Make sure your KYC/identity verification is completed
• Deposits can be temporarily held if verification is pending
Contact Roobet Support immediately;
• Explain:
– Your deposit was deducted but not credited
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Deposit amount
– Date & time
– Payment method
– TXID (if crypto) or transaction reference number
– Screenshot of payment proof
• Ask them to:
– Manually locate the transaction
– Credit the funds to your balance
