Request to Lift My Rolex Comment Ban on Dolap App

I am requesting the removal of the comment ban placed on my Dolap account. All I did was ask a seller which city they were located in, without making any attempts to direct them outside the app. I’ve been extra cautious about following the rules, especially after previously receiving a warning.

I’ve successfully bought and sold items on Dolap multiple times and continue to use the platform regularly. Despite this, I was misunderstood, resulting in a comment ban and a warning that my account could be suspended.

This is an unfair action based on a misunderstanding. I ask Dolap to review my case and resolve this issue promptly to address my grievance and allow me to continue using the platform.
