I purchased an IPL laser hair removal device from Robx, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. When the product first arrived, it didn’t work at all. I sent it to service for repair, expecting a solution. When I finally got it back, I was shocked to see that the device had already been heavily used, even though I hadn’t used it once.
The counter clearly shows that a significant number of flashes have been used, despite the device supposedly having 1 million flashes when new. I even attached an image proving how many flashes are left. Robx promised me a full replacement, yet instead, they simply repaired and returned it without replacing it.
I still haven’t even had the chance to use it, and now I have no idea how long it will last. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I demand that Robx resolves this issue immediately by providing a brand-new replacement as originally promised.
