Robx A2024 IPL Hair Removal Doesn’t Work – No Results After 14 Months
I’ve been using the Robx A2024 IPL device for 14 months, and it does absolutely nothing. Despite following all the instructions and using it consistently, there are no visible results—it’s just a device that emits light.
When I contacted the company, they kept delaying me with excuses. First, they told me to use it for six months. Then they said to continue for ten months. Now, after 14 months, they’re still giving me the runaround, claiming they’ve forwarded my issue to the “relevant department” but never actually responding. If I don’t keep messaging them repeatedly, they ignore me for months.
I am attaching proof of all conversations with timestamps. If the company refuses to take action, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board on Monday. Robx, take responsibility and offer a refund or replacement!
I have contacted this company multiple times. The people on your WhatsApp line are not professional at all. They keep stalling me, saying it will work. I have been using this device for years and it does not work. Users of IPL devices from other brands are satisfied within a month, but I have been using it for 2 years. Either you sent me a defective product or the product does not deliver on its promises.
