Robx Laser Hair Removal Device Doesn’t Work & Refund Was Denied

I purchased a Robx laser hair removal device, but after using it, I saw no results at all—it didn’t burn or remove any hair. Since the product was ineffective, I exercised my 15-day return right and sent it back for a refund. However, I was later informed that my return was rejected because the device had been used and had no defects. How am I supposed to know if a product works without testing it first? It simply does not perform as advertised, and I expect a full refund. Robx, this is unacceptable—I followed the return policy, and my money should be refunded. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue!
