My Robx A2024 Epilator Stopped Working After 15 Minutes – No Support

I purchased a Robx A2024 epilator, and after just 15 minutes of use, it completely shut down and won’t turn back on. This is unacceptable for a brand-new product! Since it was only one week old, I sent it back using the MNG shipping code provided, but the courier still asked me to pay for shipping. I had no choice but to send it as "receiver pays," but now I’m left waiting with no response from customer service. Where is my replacement or repair? I need an urgent update on my case.
