I’m incredibly frustrated with my Robx 2024 laser device. The last time I tried to use it, an unexplained LED screen warning popped up, and I couldn’t proceed with treatment. The only thing I could do was turn the device off and back on. After waiting a long time and restarting it, the same warning appeared again.
I even removed and reattached the treatment head, thinking it might reset the device—but nothing changed. I left it off overnight, hoping that might solve it, but the next day, the issue still persisted.
I searched online and checked the user manual, but there is zero information or guidance about this specific problem. For a premium device like this, a sudden technical error with no support or explanation is unacceptable. I invested in this laser unit expecting reliability, not a breakdown with no fix in sight.
Robx, I need your immediate assistance. Either provide a working solution or arrange a repair or replacement. I can’t even use what I paid for—this needs to be addressed now.
