I purchased the Robx A2024 laser hair removal device, expecting long-term use as advertised. However, after using it only twice, it no longer turns on! When I plug it in, the blue light blinks, but nothing appears on the screen, and the device remains unresponsive.
This product was supposed to last up to 20 years, yet it stopped working almost immediately. The user manual doesn’t mention this issue at all, and there are no troubleshooting steps for this problem. What a waste of money!
Robx, fix this now! Either replace my device or issue a refund. Has anyone else had this issue? This is completely unacceptable for such an expensive product!
