Roblox Took All My Robux After a 7-Day Ban and Didn’t Return Them

I had 4000 Robux in my Roblox account, and I was looking forward to getting an extra 29,000 Robux added to it. But before they got here, I ended up with a 7-day ban. After the ban was lifted, I logged back into my account and saw that all my Robux were gone. This situation has me feeling really confused and disappointed. I saved up those Robux for future buys, and now they’re just gone with no explanation. I'm looking for help to get my missing Robux back. I’ve always liked Roblox, but this situation has been a bit off, and I hope it gets sorted out soon. Thanks a lot for any help you can give!
