I’m sharing my complaint about my Roblox account. My account was banned for 7 days without any warning or violation notice, and after the ban ended and I logged in again, I was banned a second time with no clear explanation. I believe these bans are unfair and want my account reopened. About a year ago, I tried purchasing 800 Robux with my card through the Roblox website. The payment failed on-screen, the Robux never arrived, yet the money was taken from my card. I’ve tried contacting support for years but haven’t received a helpful response. I’m requesting the ban to be lifted and the missing 800 Robux to be added or refunded, along with a clear explanation.
