I'm contacting you because I'm experiencing difficulties with accessing my Roblox account. After setting up 2-step verification, I encountered an issue when I logged out yesterday and attempted to log back in today. Unfortunately, I did not receive the verification code in my email. Every time I tried to reach out to Roblox support, I faced frustrating errors or got a notification saying that I had exceeded the maximum number of attempts.

My account username is v****z. Since I can't seem to find a solution through the regular channels, I'm reaching out to you for assistance. Could you kindly help me regain access to my account as soon as possible?
