Roblox Login Problem After Losing 2-Step Verification

I have been unable to log into my long-standing Roblox account because I lost access to my two-step verification methods. My original username is “hayalmasalm,” and my in-game display name is “Chocolate_Cookie.” I know my password, but I cannot access my account because I am unable to complete the second verification step.

I was last able to access the account without any problems about one or two years ago. After changing my phone, I was no longer able to log in. I do not believe the account was stolen; I simply no longer have access to the two-step verification methods I previously set up. There is no phone number linked to the account, and I also do not currently remember the email address I used when I created the account.

I contacted Roblox Support both by email and through the support form. I never received a response to my email request. Through the support form, I was simply told that I needed to find my two-step verification methods. However, I have no way to access those methods, so this solution is not actually workable for me, leaving my account completely inaccessible.

I am requesting that Roblox reset my two-step verification after completing the necessary security checks or provide an alternative method that would allow me to regain access to my account. I am willing to provide any reasonable additional information required to verify that I am the legitimate owner of the account.
