Roblox Emergency Hamburg Private Servers Removed Without Refund

On November 18 and December 18, 2023, I purchased two private servers in the Roblox game Emergency Hamburg from my computer. I paid 199 Robux for each, totaling 398 Robux. I was able to use the servers for a short time, but a few months later, when I tried to access them again, I received an error message saying, “You cannot join because your account has no Robux.” However, these private servers were one-time purchases, and there was no warning about a subscription or non-refundable policy. Later, following 2025 updates, I encountered a notice stating that private servers had been completely shut down. I first contacted the Roblox team about this issue, and they told me to reach out to the game’s developer. I then explained the situation to the Emergency Hamburg support bot, but they replied that refunds for servers created before version 3.5 were not possible. I was also told that no new server or compensation could be issued through the in-game private server section. I can provide screenshots and email records to support my claim. I request a refund of the Robux I paid, or at least the reinstatement of one private server and the remaining Robux as in-game Game Pass credits. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved.
