Roblox Deleted My Limited Items and Avatar Bodies With No Warning After My Ban Was Lifted
Several items were deleted from my Roblox account without any notification, causing me both financial and personal harm. My account under the username Wofur61 had previously been banned, and when the ban was lifted and I logged back in, I discovered that 2 avatar bodies and 2 hats had been removed. Two of the hats were limited-edition items, which makes their loss even more significant.
Each of the 2 deleted avatar bodies was worth 165 Robux, and combined with the other missing items, I had spent a considerable amount of Robux in total — yet my content disappeared from my account with absolutely no explanation. I did not engage in any cheating, abuse, or similar behavior; I simply found these items gone when my account was banned and then reopened.
My request to Roblox is this: first and foremost, I want the deleted avatar bodies and hats restored to my account in full if at all possible. If a technical restoration is not possible, I am asking for a refund of the Robux I spent on these items. I expect my grievance to be properly addressed, and I also want a clear explanation of why players are not informed when their items are removed in situations like this.
