Locked Out of My Roblox Account - No Support

Hello there, I'm having trouble accessing my Roblox account. I've tried logging in through email, but it's not working. I find this situation to be quite unsatisfactory, especially given the amount of money I have invested. It would be nice if they offered assistance, but it seems like their priorities lie solely in financial gain. Perhaps there was an error, but unfortunately, I am unable to access it at the moment.
