I Report Roblox Account Access Issue: Cannot Recover My Brother's Robux Account

My brother and I are facing a critical issue with his Roblox account. Some time ago, Roblox implemented a password reset requirement for accounts. While I was able to successfully reset my own password, we could not reset my brother's account password because no email address is linked to it. This is highly problematic as a significant amount of Robux had been purchased and accumulated on this account.

I have already contacted Roblox Support, but their response was entirely in English, and unfortunately, it did not help resolve our problem. The inability to access an account with paid Robux due to a missing email link and unhelpful support is extremely frustrating. This situation is causing both me and my brother considerable emotional distress, as we cannot access the funds and progress within the game. We urgently request your assistance in recovering access to my brother's account and the Robux within it.
