Rise of Kingdoms Player Locked Out of 150M Power Account Following Hack and Refund Ban

Approximately a month and a half ago, my Rise of Kingdoms account was accessed without authorization via my Google account, and immediately following this breach, all of my in-game equipment and gear were completely deleted. An account into which I put years of effort and substantial financial investment was rendered virtually useless in an instant.

Following the incident, I reported the breach to customer support through the in-game portal, but I received zero solution-oriented assistance. Frustrated by this total lack of support, I requested refunds through Google Play for numerous transactions, and a significant portion of those requests were approved. Consequently, a restriction was placed on my account, preventing me from training troops. As a result, despite having an account with a power level of 150 million, I cannot actively play the game. I have spent approximately 2,000,000 TRY (approx. $58,000) on this game to date, and having such a massive investment and effort completely disregarded has left me deeply aggrieved.

My Player ID is 209721572. I demand that the restrictions on my account be lifted, that all equipment and gear deleted during the unauthorized login be fully restored, and that my account be made operational again. I ask that my grievance be thoroughly investigated, taking into account my total spending and in-game progression, to fully restore my account to its original state and provide a permanent resolution.
