Riot Games Fails to Stop Cheaters and Troll Players in Valorant

I am experiencing serious frustration with Riot Games’ PC game Valorant. In almost every match I join, I encounter players using cheats, trolling intentionally, or playing on smurf accounts. These players completely ruin the game experience and cause honest players who put real effort into the game to lose both time and ranked points.

Despite the ongoing cheating, trolling, and smurfing problems in the game, I do not believe the developers are providing any effective solution. The ranked points I lose because of cheaters are never restored, and the system does not properly detect or compensate for these situations. On top of that, the support section does not function properly, so I cannot even submit support requests in a healthy or reliable way. As a player, I feel completely ignored and unsupported.

I believe Valorant, in its current state, negatively affects player psychology, creates an extremely frustrating experience, and fails to maintain proper in-game order. I want Riot Games, especially on the Turkey servers, to apply much stricter monitoring and serious penalties against cheaters, trolls, and smurf players. I also demand fair compensation for ranked point losses caused by these players and a properly functioning customer support system.
