Valorant Matchmaking Is Broken Due to Smurf Accounts in Low Ranks

I am a long-time Valorant player who has spent a significant amount of money on the game. For the past one to two months, I have been encountering smurf accounts in almost every match. In addition to this, my own team is usually filled with players who are below my rank. Even though I am a Bronze player, I frequently face Platinum-level opponents, which completely destroys match balance.

As a player who has invested money into the game and wants to enjoy it, this unfair matchmaking system has caused me to lose interest in playing. When I play with players at my own rank, I expect to face opponents of the same skill level. Putting Platinum players against Bronze players is not only unfair, but also makes the game unplayable.

What I expect from Riot Games is to make the matchmaking system more fair and balanced, apply stricter controls against smurf accounts, and ensure that players are matched with teammates and opponents close to their own skill level.
