Dear Riot Games Team,
I love playing your games, but I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of action on the Valorant Turkey servers regarding player reports. I’ve submitted at least 500 meaningful reports, yet no actions seem to have been taken recently. In lower ranks, two out of three competitive matches involve cheaters, trolls, or AFK players, making it impossible to enjoy the game.
Just yesterday, a player in my match openly admitted to using cheats. I played two more games with them out of curiosity, only to find that they’ve been using third-party software for two years without being banned. This undermines the integrity of the game and ruins the experience for legitimate players.
I understand that your team may be overwhelmed, but I urge you to take reports more seriously. Additionally, I’ve applied to join your team to help improve the Turkey server's situation and assist with report handling but never received a response. If I can contribute to resolving these issues, I’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss it further.
Please take immediate action to address these ongoing problems and protect the competitive experience for your players.
