Their indifference, lack of understanding, dismissal of users, constant blaming, unprofessional language, and complete lack of solution-orientation are keeping Valorant in Türkiye a toxic environment. The images show my support tickets and requests for help. The moment I realized my account was stolen, I changed my password, yet I received an 8-day ban, and the person who accessed my account actually increased my rank. I requested the penalty be lifted, or at least that the matches not played by me be removed and my rank be reset. However, they condescendingly told me I needed to secure my account, that the penalty wouldn't be lifted, and that my friend might have accessed my account. When I contacted them again to explain, they showed me the hacker's messages and then blamed me!
Despite the actual problem being their support team's attitude, I'm continuously blamed. I expect respect, but I'm met with disrespectful language. They don't check IP addresses or login details. If you're going to blame me, check the IP and tell me who entered my account so I can take them to court for stealing my personal data. But instead, they blame me again and say they will automatically close my future tickets and ignore them.
I already stopped playing Valorant due to the toxic players you harbor. You're behaving this way because you know I won't play anymore. Previously, when I contacted Riot support's foreign team, they were understanding, solution-oriented, and helpful. Riot Türkiye's behavior allows toxic players, cheaters, and verbal abusers to continue thriving. They sent me a message written from my account but wouldn't tell me which IP or who wrote it. That person might be toxic, but it's my account they used. Instead of identifying and penalizing the player, they penalize me and accuse me with harsh allegations.
Furthermore, they deleted my message from my first ticket, leaving only their own responses. It seems people who can't read are employed there, as they deleted my message due to their own incorrect answers, drawing attention to the category. I took screenshots of my messages in another ticket before they could delete them and included them here. I hope Riot Türkiye starts hiring employees who don't treat every user who opens a ticket like a child.
