I purchased the Rimmel London Lasting Provocalips in shade 570 from Watsons, but the product was very disappointing. The color looks completely different from the promotional images. Even though the shade itself could have been nice, it does not apply evenly and creates a streaky, patchy appearance on the lips.
Another major issue is that once removed, the lipstick leaves behind a stubborn stain that looks bluish or navy-toned, which is very difficult to clean and extremely frustrating. This unpleasant residue makes the product nearly impossible to enjoy.
I also tried contacting Watsons customer service regarding this issue but was unable to reach a representative. I would greatly appreciate it if a solution could be provided, whether through an exchange, refund, or alternative product recommendation.
