Reva Subscription Charged ₹699 Through Google Pay Without My Consent

I am writing to report an unauthorised transaction of ₹699 made through Google Pay from my Canara Bank account and to request a full refund of this amount. On 18 October at around 11:07 p.m., ₹699 was deducted from my Canara Bank account via Google Pay under the description “Reva subscription.” I did not give any permission or consent for this subscription or payment, and I was not aware that any such automatic payment had been set up. After noticing this deduction, I contacted Google Pay customer support to get clarification and a refund, but I did not receive any clear or satisfactory answer about why this charge was made without my explicit consent. I request that this unauthorised ₹699 payment be investigated urgently and that the full amount be refunded to my account. I also ask that any related subscription or automatic payment linked to “Reva subscription” be cancelled so that no further deductions are made without my permission.
