I am a Google Pay user with my SBI account linked, and today I faced an unauthorized debit. On 13 October 2026 at around 6:06 am, an amount of ₹699 was debited via Google Pay to Sharechat even though I did not make or approve this payment, and I had already removed my account and details from such services earlier. I have never set up or used any autopay application or service on my Google Pay or SBI account. I request you to urgently investigate how this ₹699 transaction was processed without my consent and to refund this genuine amount to my SBI account. I also ask you to ensure that no further unauthorized transactions or hidden autopay mandates are active on my account.
