Unauthorised AutoPay Deduction Of ₹699 By ShareChat Without Consent

I am writing to report an unauthorised deduction made in connection with ShareChat and to request a full refund along with blocking any future deductions. On 18 September, ₹1 was deducted from my account via Google Pay as an automatic payment related to ShareChat, and on 19 September another amount of ₹699 was deducted in the same way without my knowledge or consent. I did not knowingly approve or intend to activate any subscription, autopay, or recurring payment for these amounts. After noticing the deductions, I tried to request a refund through the Google Play refund page, but it showed “no purchase history found,” so I could not complete the refund process. This has left me unable to resolve the issue on my own even though the amounts appear in my Google Pay transaction history as ShareChat‑related automatic payments. I kindly request that the ₹699 and the earlier ₹1 taken without my clear consent be fully refunded to my account and that any current or future ShareChat autopay, subscription, or recurring payment linked to my Google Pay be cancelled and permanently blocked. I expect written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that no further unauthorised deductions will occur.
