If Reva activated autopay without your intention, the cancellation process depends on how you paid.
First, check your bank statement or payment app to identify the merchant and payment method, then follow the relevant steps below.
If you subscribed through Google Play: Open the Play Store, go to Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select Reva, and tap Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app alone will not stop recurring charges.
If you used UPI autopay in India: Open the UPI or banking app where you approved the mandate, find Autopay / Mandates, select Reva, and choose Cancel or Revoke.
If cancellation is blocked, contact your bank or payment provider and ask them to stop the recurring mandate.
If you cannot find the cancellation option, contact Reva through the support details listed in the app or on your payment receipt.
This is the information we have, but if you have more insights from your experience, please share in the comments.
