Reuters Trade's Frequent Technical Issues Cost Me Profitable Trades During High Volume

My impression of Reuters Trade has been somewhat letdown. Originally drawn to the site because of its reputation for dependability—expecting seamless trading experience—I Still, the platform has regular technical problems, particularly during big volume trading events. System freezes prevented me from making trades several times, thereby losing out on profitable prospects. When I asked their customer service for assistance, the answers were generic and no actual improvements were provided. This degree of service is unacceptable for a platform supposed to serve serious traders. I do not advise people to use Reuters Trade; I will not be utilizing it either.
