Reuters Trade Platform Lagged During Peak Hours and Caused Me to Miss Important Trades

Having a bad experience with Reuters Trade, I felt obliged to voice my worries. Expecting a flawless experience, I registered for their trading site but from the beginning there were problems. The platform lags often at busy trading times, which causes me to miss significant deals and forfeit possible gains. Besides that, their customer service was inadequate. When I got in touch them several times regarding the technical problems, all I got was vague answers with no specific fixes. Given the money I have put in, I expected far better support and performance. Anyone serious about trading should not use Reuters Trade, in my opinion.
