Resume.io Charged Me for 1.5 Years After One-Time CV Payment

I am extremely, extremely disappointed to discover that your website has been charging me for nearly a year and a half for a one-time purchase I made in the past to create a résumé. When I initially signed up, it clearly stated that I would only pay a small one-time fee — just a few shekels. But now, I’ve found that you've charged me close to ₺2000 over time — the equivalent of about $30 every month. This is outrageous and feels like outright theft!

I never agreed to a recurring payment, and I never received any clear notice that my card would continue to be charged. I demand that all unauthorized charges be canceled immediately and that I receive a full refund for the money you wrongfully took from me.

Please treat this as urgent and respond as soon as possible.
Thank you,
Sarah
