I downloaded the application, and I swear I never approved anything or even used it, yet somehow a one-year subscription was created, and ₺1,000 was debited from my account! This is an outrageous and deceptive practice, and it's clear I'm not alone, as countless others are reporting the same issue.

But simply canceling isn't enough – I demand a full refund of the ₺1,000 that was fraudulently taken from my account.
