Upon investigation, I found that the cancellation process was misleading, with the page containing options like "No, Don't cancel it" and "Yes, cancel my subscription." Unfortunately, due to the design of the website, I selected the wrong option and was therefore misled. This situation is akin to an attention test, with the website's design leading to my inadvertent selection. I believe that such practices are not ethical, and I would like a refund of the charged amount. In Turkey, it takes several hours of work to earn such an amount, and I hope you will take this into consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
