I am being repeatedly charged by both Resumaker.ai and Ozgecmis.App for subscriptions I never knowingly approved. I initially used these platforms to create a résumé and was surprised to find that I had been enrolled in some sort of automatic subscription. I immediately emailed both companies asking to cancel and requested confirmation. While I received a reply from Resumaker confirming cancellation, they continued to withdraw money from my account every month.
The same thing is happening with Ozgecmis.App—despite multiple emails, they have not stopped the charges, and I have not received any helpful response. Neither platform offers a proper account dashboard or cancelation button to manage subscriptions.
This feels like a deceptive practice. I demand that both Resumaker and Ozgecmis.App stop billing me immediately and refund the unauthorized monthly payments that have already been deducted from my account. Please resolve this matter without delay.
