Gate.io Withholding My Withdrawal for 2 Days

It’s been two days, and Gate.io still hasn’t processed my withdrawal request. My request is stuck in the verification stage, and customer service is completely useless. All they say is, “Check your ticket, our team will respond,” but I’m left wondering why I can’t access my money. This feels like a scam, and I no longer trust them. I’ve done everything they asked, including sending pictures with my ID and card, but still no results. I am beyond frustrated and demand an immediate resolution. I want my funds returned now! Here are my ticket and withdrawal numbers for reference: ID 7491068, 1405723, 63282353, 63267952. Gate.io is not reliable, and I will never use it again!
