Remini Charged Me Twice After Canceling—I Had to Remove My Card to Stop Payments

I started using the Remini app before April 17, 2025. Although I canceled my subscription properly, the app still billed me twice afterward. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. To prevent further unauthorized charges, I had to delete my payment cards from the app entirely.
There is absolutely no clear contact number provided by Remini, so it’s impossible to reach customer service directly. I searched everywhere for support but couldn’t find any proper way to speak to a representative.
This experience has not only shaken my trust in the app, but I’ve also seen that many other users are facing the exact same issue. Remini needs to take immediate responsibility and refund the charges. Please fix this issue and stop charging users without consent.
