I Canceled My Remini Subscription Early But Still Got Charged

I canceled my Remini weekly subscription before the 7-day period was even up, yet I was still charged the full weekly fee. I double-checked my payment history, and the ₺ amount was clearly deducted from my account. This is completely unacceptable.

I demand a full refund for the amount that was charged after cancellation. There’s no transparency—nowhere in the app or platform does it show any valid reason why the subscription was billed. To make matters worse, there is no way to contact proper support, and there’s no visible record or warning in the subscription settings that would explain this charge.

Remini needs to investigate this immediately and return the unauthorized charge. It’s frustrating and unfair to be charged for a service I intentionally canceled before the billing period.
