I subscribed to Remini and paid the full subscription fee, but the app is not working at all. Every time I try to use it, I get a warning that says “photo not supported.” I’ve tried multiple times with different images, but it keeps showing the same error, making the app completely unusable.
I had used Remini before without any issues, but now it’s broken—and I’ve already paid. Canceling the subscription now would mean losing my money for a service that never worked in the first place. There’s no help or guidance on how to fix it, and I feel like I’ve been cheated.
