One month ago, I bought an apartment from a contractor partnered with them, claiming its deed would be ready in a month at a lower price because the contractor needed cash. It's been 10 months, and still no deed. They keep giving excuses like it's in the municipality's review or technical inspection. Finally, I found out that this apartment can't be sold without approval from all other residents, and it needs an occupancy permit for approval. I've been left in the lurch because of this investment. Remax Smart office and Ögen Construction knowingly deceived me. I'm filing a complaint for fraud against them.
