Deceptive Practices by Remax Real Estate, They Sold Me a House Under Construction

Remax Real Estate is teaming up with contractors to sell properties without deeds, making false promises. They're tricking buyers with misleading claims. One month ago, I bought an apartment from a contractor partnered with them, claiming its deed would be ready in a month at a lower price because the contractor needed cash. It's been 10 months, and still no deed. They keep giving excuses like it's in the municipality's review or technical inspection. Finally, I found out that this apartment can't be sold without approval from all other residents, and it needs an occupancy permit for approval. I've been left in the lurch because of this investment. Remax Smart office and Ögen Construction knowingly deceived me. I'm filing a complaint for fraud against them. Beware of Remax consultants like B*** İ***, Z***** Y*****, and Özgen Construction Ltd. Owner E**** Ö**** – don't buy real estate from them!
