Regal Refrigerator Still Not Cooling After Compressor Replacement

I bought a Regal refrigerator and on 28 April 2026 it started to have serious problems. The refrigerator stopped cooling properly and began to operate very noisily. Because of this, I requested service support. When the Regal service team first came, they stated that there was no problem with the product and left without any action. Since the problems continued in the same way, I called the service again the next day. This time they said that the compressor needed to be replaced, removed the motor and took it away. Later they installed a new motor under warranty, but despite this intervention, my complaints about insufficient cooling and loud noise continued without any improvement. Although the compressor was changed, the refrigerator still does not work properly and I cannot use it efficiently in this condition. I request that my refrigerator be replaced with a new, fault-free product, since the problem has not been resolved despite service intervention and the product is under warranty.
