I purchased a 65R66QA11 QLED model television from Regal. Upon opening the box, I noticed dead pixels and stains on the screen. The service team came, inspected the issue on-site, took photos, sent them to the headquarters, and prepared a report. They did not deliver the television to me, did not even remove the protective film on the screen, and did not allow me to use the product. I am now left without a television at home and have been greatly inconvenienced. The only response I received from the service was, “Information has been sent to the headquarters,” with no other solution offered. I paid ₺42,543 and, under customer satisfaction rights, I request a full refund. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and take the matter to court.
