Unauthorized Money Charged - ReelShort

I downloaded the ReelShortW service on my Android phone after seeing a short drama video on Facebook. The video directed me to continue watching and then asked for a payment, which I made. Only after paying did a confirmation message appear saying it was a 1‑week trial. After this 1‑week free trial ended, I noticed that I was charged without my clear consent. On 23 September 2026, a charge of 13.12 USD from “ReelShortW-1492932828 SUNNYVALE USA” appeared on my card, and in total 16.14 USD has been taken so far for this subscription. I did not knowingly approve a continuing paid subscription after the trial and I was not clearly informed about how to cancel it in advance. I request that my ReelShortW subscription be cancelled immediately and that all unauthorized amounts, including the 16.14 USD in total, be fully refunded. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
