ReelShort Refund Request for Payments After September 3

I had a paid subscription for the ReelShort Drama app on my iPhone, which I cancelled on 3 September. Despite this, the company has continued to take money from my account under the name ReelShort / ReelShortW, and the total amount deducted after my cancellation has already reached about 599 shekels. The screenshots from my bank and card statements clearly show multiple ReelShort / ReelShortW transactions in September and October, even though I had already cancelled the subscription on my iPhone and did not approve any new subscription or renewal. I request that this service be stopped immediately and my subscription fully cancelled so that no further deductions are made from my account. I also request a full refund of all amounts charged after 3 September and a written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and these charges have been reversed.
