ReelShort Disputed Transactions On My Account

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges made through the apps ReelShort, SweetMax and SweetDrama, which I believe are connected to Cheng Sha Wan. On 05 September 2026, unwanted charges started appearing on my account, and so far a total of 126.56 has been taken without my clear consent. These payments relate to subscriptions or in‑app purchases for these apps, which I did not knowingly authorize or which continued despite my intention not to be charged. I noticed several debit transactions on my bank statement and attached the relevant transaction records to show the dates, amounts and descriptions of these charges. After seeing the charges, I contacted my bank. Their proposed solution was to block my card entirely, but I do not want my card to be blocked because I still use it for other legitimate payments. I am therefore asking the company behind these apps to resolve this directly. I request a full refund of the total amount of 126.56 that has been taken so far, immediate cancellation of all subscriptions and payment authorizations related to ReelShort, SweetMax and SweetDrama on my account, and a guarantee that no further charges will be made to my card in the future without my explicit consent. I ask for this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
