Cancel ReelMira Subscription and Refund 3 Charges

I am filing this complaint because I have detected several charges on my account from a website called REELMIRA:GBDEUMZQPT, without having knowingly contracted any service with them and without being able to find or cancel any subscription. The first unwanted charge appeared on 24/10/2026 and, to date, there have been 3 separate charges made through my account at Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. I do not know exactly what service is being charged, I have not been able to locate a clear website or contact for Reelmira, and I have not been offered any information or option to cancel. Through this complaint I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring charge associated with REELMIRA:GBDEUMZQPT and the full refund of the 3 amounts that have already been debited from my account.
