I'm using a Realme C55, and the rear camera has completely stopped working. Every time I try to open the camera app, it either crashes instantly or shows a black screen, making it impossible to use the back camera. This issue isn’t limited to the stock camera app — I’ve experienced the same problem on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other third-party apps. In each case, the app either freezes or displays a black screen when I try to use the rear camera.
Oddly enough, the front camera still functions, but switching to it is only possible after multiple failed attempts. This is extremely frustrating because I rely on my camera for both personal and work-related needs. A phone at this price point should not be experiencing such critical hardware or software malfunctions so soon.
I need Realme to provide a proper solution immediately. Whether it’s a software update, repair, or device replacement, something must be done. I shouldn’t have to fight with a broken camera and crashing apps on a relatively new phone. Please take this complaint seriously and help restore full camera functionality on my Realme C55.
