I’ve been using the Realme GT 2 Pro and was very satisfied with its performance—until the latest software update. Ever since installing it, my phone has become noticeably slower. Apps open sluggishly, screen transitions lag, and the overall performance feels like a downgrade. The previous version ran perfectly, so this sudden deterioration is beyond frustrating.
Even worse, after the update, blocked numbers are somehow able to call me, which completely defeats the purpose of a call-blocking feature. I’m not sure if this is a bug from the update, but it started happening right after it was installed.
This kind of regression should never happen from an official software update. I’m now seriously considering switching brands unless Realme takes immediate action. I’d like to know if there’s a way to roll back to the previous firmware version, or if a fix is coming soon. Please resolve this—this phone was expensive, and I expect it to work properly.
