I bought the Razer BlackShark V2, expecting great sound quality based on all the positive reviews. But I honestly can’t understand why people praise this headset! The sound quality is awful, and the EQ settings are completely unusable. No matter how much I adjust them, the audio remains flat, unbalanced, and disappointing.
This is not what I expected from a supposedly high-performance gaming headset. I’ve tried everything—different software settings, tweaks, and presets—but nothing makes it sound good. Now, it’s just sitting on a shelf as decoration because it’s too frustrating to use. Razer, this is unacceptable! How can a brand known for gaming gear produce such a poor-quality headset? Buyers, beware!
