Rajabets Ignored Self Exclusion Request

I have been requesting Rajabets3.com to permanently block and close my account with username “Raunakdu***” since December 2023 due to my gambling addiction, but my account is still not closed and I can still access and use it. Because of my addiction on this website, I have lost around 1 crore, sold almost everything I had, and my career and personal life have been severely damaged. Despite repeatedly asking them for a permanent self-exclusion, the account remains active, and this has allowed me to continue gambling and losing more money. I clearly informed them that I am addicted to online gambling and that I need my account to be blocked permanently for my own protection, yet my request has not been respected. I am urgently requesting Rajabets3.com to immediately and permanently close and block my account with no possibility of reopening in the future, and to provide written confirmation of this closure. I am also requesting a refund of the deposits I made after my first clear request for permanent self-exclusion in December 2023, as I had already asked them to stop allowing me to gamble on their platform.
