1xBet Refused to Credit My Deposit and Then Blocked My Account

I have an account with 1xBet from India, and on 29 November, I deposited an amount of 15,500 INR into my account. Despite the deposit being successful, the money was not credited to my 1xBet balance. I contacted support multiple times through complaints and calls to resolve this issue, but instead of crediting the amount, on 6 December, my account was blocked. I was told that my account was blocked due to “gambling addiction” and that, because the account is blocked, I cannot withdraw my own money. I cooperated fully and submitted all documents they requested in order to unblock my account and process the withdrawal, but they still denied my request without giving any clear or specific explanation. Currently, my 1xBet account remains blocked, my deposit of 15,500 INR is stuck, and customer support only repeats that they will not unblock the account or allow a withdrawal due to company policy, without providing any detailed reason. I request that my account be reviewed again, that my deposit be released, and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance or be refunded in full to my original payment method as soon as possible.
