Rajabets Delaying KYC and Blocking Sports Betting Winnings

I am submitting this complaint regarding the unfair way Rajabets is handling my account verification and blocking my rightful winnings and withdrawals. My name is Samar *** and I live and work in Doha, Qatar. I recently registered on Rajabets after checking positive reviews online and made a deposit without any problem. I used my account only for sports betting, not for casino games or any bonuses. For example, I placed a sports bet of ₹35,000 at odds of 1.90 on the Warwickshire (W) match, which legitimately resulted in winnings of ₹66,500. At the time of the issue, my Rajabets account (User ID: 1050***, username: samar***) had a main balance of ₹66,501.50, bonus balance ₹0.00, with a total of ₹66,501.50, all from sports betting only. On 11.05.2026 I requested a withdrawal of my winnings, but my request was rejected due to KYC. Rajabets asked me for several documents: Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport (front and back) and a selfie holding my ID in my hand with “Rajabets” and the date written. Through their official app I submitted the front and back of my Aadhaar card and a selfie with “Rajabets” and the date written, exactly as requested. However, despite providing these documents, my account is still not verified and I cannot access my withdrawal or use my winnings. When I contacted Rajabets, they replied by email that there is no fixed time frame for the verification and review. This answer is very unsatisfactory, because my money remains blocked indefinitely even though I have fully cooperated with their KYC process. I find it unfair and unethical that they accepted my deposit immediately without any issue, but at the time of withdrawal they are delaying KYC and refusing to give a clear deadline. I respectfully request that my KYC be verified immediately so that my account is fully active again. I want full access to my balance of ₹66,501.50 and the right to withdraw my sports betting winnings without further delay. This is my hard-earned money, won through sports bets, not from casino or bonuses, and I should be able to either continue playing or withdraw it as I choose. I also request a clear written explanation from Rajabets for this delay and the lack of a definite time frame for verification. I ask the relevant authorities and Rajabets to urgently review my case, complete my KYC as soon as possible, and release my funds without any additional obstruction.
